Sitecopy collects the minimum account, purchase, source, job, and security information needed to operate the service.
Information we process
We process account identifiers and email, payment status supplied by Stripe, URLs you submit, rights attestations, job events, artifacts, domains, support messages, and security/audit records. Sitecopy does not receive full card details.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, fulfill purchases, reserve credits, run clone jobs, provide previews and hosting, prevent abuse, respond to takedowns, and improve reliability.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion disables hosted routes and preview sessions, schedules eligible artifacts for deletion, and preserves only records required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, and other legal obligations.
Isolation
Cloned content is served from registrable domains separate from the control-plane application so application authentication cookies are never sent to cloned websites.
